Paul J. Lemmen passed away on January 16th, 2022, age 40. He was born in Grand Rapids, MI on March 24th, 1981. He was the beloved son of Ron and Bev Lemmen and cherished brother to 3 sisters.

You could always count on Paul to bring humor into any situation or to quote movies. He would share his love of music by playing you his new favorite song or memorizing music lyrics. He was an avid sports fan and loved golf, hockey, mountain biking and skiing. He NEVER lost faith in the Detroit Lions and was a faithful fan every Sunday. He was a talented artist and enjoyed painting and drawing.

Paul is survived by his mother, Bev Lemmen; sisters, Alison (Rob) Lisiak, Kim (Matt) Peters, Pam (Ryan) Campbell; nephews, Sam, Charlie, Brady, Jake, and his best friend, his dog Tucker, AKA butthead.

He is preceded in death by his father, Ron Lemmen and grandparents.

The family wishes to thank the fifth-floor nurses and doctors at Spectrum Health for their loving care.

A celebration of life will be announced through social media platforms at a later date. Those wishing to offer expressions of sympathy are encouraged to make a memorial contribution to the West Michigan Humane Society.
