Patricia (Dunn) Croaker beloved wife, mother, and friend, passed away peacefully on 07/07/2025 at the age of 93.

She was the devoted wife of Robert Croaker, with whom she shared a lifetime of love (75 years of marriage), laughter, and partnership. Together, they raised ten children—each one a testament to the values they held dear: love, kindness, faith, and resilience. Two of their children preceded her in death (Steve Croaker and Virginia (Croaker) Henderson), and we take comfort in knowing they are reunited now.

A woman of extraordinary patience and strength, she managed the beautiful chaos of a large family with grace and a steady heart. She had the patience of a saint and could stretch a dollar like no other—skills she wielded with quiet mastery, ensuring her children were always provided for, even in lean times.

Her sense of humor was as bright as her spirit—warm, quick, and always just what was needed. She taught her children not just how to laugh, but how to live well and love deeply. Through her unwavering example, she passed on the same morals and values she and her husband held close, shaping a legacy of character and compassion.

She will be deeply missed by her family, including Linda (and Ron) Barley, Charles Croaker (and Linda), Mary Olen, David Croaker (and Vangie), Donna (and Tom) Hall, Amy Bartholomew, Barbara (and Philip) Kang, Sandra (and Steve) DiDomizio, numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, sisters, and brothers and all who had the honor of knowing her.

In lieu of a service, the family kindly asks for donations to American Heart Association or Hospice of Michigan in memory of Pat Croaker.

Her life was a blessing, her memory a treasure. She was loved beyond words and will be missed beyond measure.
