Patricia Ruth Blaszak, aged 63 of Grand Rapids, passed away quietly on Wednesday, March 10, 2021 with her dear friend Kim DeVries by her side.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert W. Blaszak and Wilma R. Berzley and her companion John Zimelis. Surviving are sister Wanda (Bill) Schmidt; Brother Robert J. (Connie) Blaszak; Brother William J. (Kathy) Berzley; Aunt Joyce Wright; several Nieces and Nephews; plus several Cousins. She was a graduate of Rogers High School in Wyoming.

The memorial will be private.
