We are sad to announce the passing of Pamela Joy Hudson, age 73, of Sparta, Michigan. She passed away surrounded by her loved ones on June 19th, 2023, after a short battle with lung complications.

Pamela was born October 21st, 1949, in California. She moved to the Grand Rapids, Michigan area early in life, and attended Greenville High. She had a passion for gardening, making her yard beautiful with a variety of plant life, and was skilled in making flower arrangements, making them for the weddings of her daughters and granddaughter. She was also an excellent artist, winning awards for her work in her youth. Her biggest passion in life was family. Her home became the focal point for family celebrations, holidays, and many cherished memories were made from the work she put in to making every single one of them perfect.

Pamela is survived by her husband Charles W Hudson of Michigan, sister Karen Walker of Florida, Daughters Dawn Woods-Beasecker and Renee Wright of Michigan. She also leaves four grandchildren Anthony, Amanda, Cassandra, and Ryan, and five great-grandchildren Andrew, Kegan, Catherine, Alaina, and Maverick.

A celebration of the life and legacy of Pamela will be planned and announced at a later date by the family.
