Orville W. Manley was born May 17, 1936 in Sand Lake, Michigan to Orrey Washington and Gertrude (Nagelhout) Manley. He went home to be the Lord on Tuesday, October 17, in Grand Rapids, Michigan. He is survived by his children Richard (Julie) Longway of Lowell, Louanne (Brett) Zillmer of Grand Rapids, Kim (Fred) Maxwell of Ypsilanti, Scott (Renae) Manley of Oklahoma City, Orrie Manley of Ypsilanti and Onna (Edwin Thompson) Manley of Howard City. Three siblings, Ella Mae (Bud) Gorby of Spring Lake, Jeanne Sue Fisher of Cedar Springs and Joe (Robert) of Grand Rapids. He also had 13 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren and 1 great-great-grandchild on the way. He was preceded in death by his parents Orrey and Gertrude Manley, brothers: William (Bill) Manley and Bob Manley; sister Bernice Verstrate, and brother-in-laws Joe Fisher and Nelson Verstrate.
