Neelum Lou Singh passed away on Dec 13, 2019 at the age of 60. She was preceded in death by a son Adam Hultman and her mother Mary Lou Plotner. She is survived by her son Grant (Melissa) Hultman and sister Lori (Richard) Flores. Neelum was a kind, fun loving person with an infectious laugh. She was loved by many and will be profoundly missed. Neelum was cremated and will lay to rest beside her mother and son. A Celebration of Life will be hosted by her son Grant (Melissa) Hultman. In leu of flowers, donations for her burial are welcomed.
