On Thursday, April 9th, 2020, Mladen Malbasa, loving husband and father of two sons, passed away at the age of 63.

Mladen was born on February 3rd, 1957, in Velika Peratovica, Yugoslavia to Lazo and Dusanka (Kosanovic) Malbasa. He received his degree in psychopathology from the University of Belgrade, and worked for Lacks Trim Systems in Kentwood, Michigan for 20 years. On December 22nd, 1984, he married Andjelka Kokic. They raised two sons, Nebojsa and Sinisa.

Mladen had a passion for woodworking. He liked to fix cars and work on the house and in the yard. He loved playing soccer, foosball, tetris, and chess.

He was a kind and giving person who always helped people in need and never asked for anything in return. He took care of his family and was loved by family and friends.

We are already missing him very much! He will always be in our thoughts and memories.
