Our Dad Our Hero

Our Dad, Our hero, always by Our side,

From the moment we were born, he has been Our guide.

He cared for us as babies taught us to crawl and walk,

And as we grew older, he taught us to talk.

He taught us to throw and catch, ride a bike and drive a car,

And to never give up, no matter how hard things are.

Without our dad, where would we be?

Lost and unsure, we don't want to even think.

He has always been there, through thick and thin,

Supporting us, and helping us to win.

His guidance and faith in us, have given us the strength,

To overcome all obstacles, no matter the length.

He taught us about Jehovah and how to live a life of grace,

To be kind and compassionate, and to always have faith.

Our dad, Our hero, we are grateful for all you've done,

we love and miss you our number one!

Michael or Mike was well loved by all who knew him. He had a big heart and voice. You could pick him out in a crowd if he was speaking to someone. Mike liked to talk, to get to know you, and he wanted everyone to be happy. If he had the ability to help someone in any way, he would.

Mike enjoyed fishing, playing cards, and the calmness of sitting by Mona Lake to collect his thoughts. He also enjoyed working in his yard manicuring it almost to perfection!

He loved his family dearly. The backyard barbeques, the food and fun that everyone enjoyed just being around him.

Mike enjoyed helping others come to know Jehovah God while engaging in the ministry. It was the highlight of his life becoming a regular pioneer or full-time minister.

He will be dearly missed by all.
