On 7/06/2024, Melanie Jeanine Williams passed away in Holland, Michigan at the age of 65.

Melanie was born on April 23, 1959 in Ashtabula, Ohio and attended Bangor Public Schools in Bangor, Michigan. She lived and raised her family in the West Michigan area and had a passion for her pets.

Melanie is survived by her children, Anesha Durden, Christopher (Elisa) Williams, Emerie (Shane) Lacy, Abraham (Kc) Williams, Montana Williams; siblings Timothy (Karen) Williams, Pamela (Calvin) Williams, Russell Williams; grandchildren Cory Gallimore, Sebastian Harris, Nathaniel Iston, Niomi Williams, Devin Mills, Payton Ellithorpe, Elliott Williams, Ryder Ellithorpe, Lily Ellithorpe, Dennis Williams; great-grandchildren Lanie Harris, Eleanor Harris; Nieces and nephews Victoria (Shaun) Downing, Sydney Stegall, Matthew Stegall, Joshua Stegall; great niece and nephew Lovella Downing, Zane Williams and beloved fur baby Nala.

She was preceded in death by father Elmer Williams; mother Flora Williams; brother Harry Williams and grandson Preston Gallimore II.

A private funeral is planned and a Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
