Megan Elizabeth Moomey, age 45, of Grandville, passed away on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, fighting until the very end, surrounded by her family and friends. 

Megan was born on June 21, 1980, in Grand Rapids, to John & Dina Moomey. She is survived by her son, Riley T. Moomey; her father, John Moomey; brother, Casey Moomey; Grandmother Grace Trevino, many aunts, uncles, and many special cousins and her favorite dog Duncan.

She is proceeded in death by her Mother Dina Mari Moomey; Grandmother Rita Moomey and Grandfathers Henry Moomey & Hector Trevino.

A Celebration of Megan’s Life will be held from 2:00pm until 4:00pm on Saturday, March 28, at Community Room at Grandville Public Schools Administration Building, 3839 Prairie St. SW, Grandville, MI 49418.
