Matthew Jensen, age 54, of Kentwood, passed away on Thursday, July 2nd. Matthew was preceded in death by his daughter Elizabeth. He is survived by his wife Charlotte (Battle), children; Peter (Heather), George (Amanda), and Anna, grand-daughters; Kayla and Ellie, siblings; Liz (Chuck), Andy (Sue), and Michelle (Frank), and many nieces and nephews. Everyone knew Matt as a huge Ohio State fan. Family will meet friends and family at the Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE in Kentwood, on Tuesday, July 7 from 5:00-8:00 PM. A memorial service for Matthew will be held at Saint Anne's Catholic Church, 23949 22 Mile Rd, Paris, MI 49338 on Wednesday at11 AM with family receiving friends at 10:30.
