Mary Paula LaBadie (nee Burns), 66, passed away Monday, April 23, 2018 and found peace after a brave fight with cancer. She was born March 11, 1952. She is survived by her three children, Christopher (Meghann) LaBadie, Maribeth (Rick) Verhage, and Zachary (Channing) LaBadie; three grandchildren, Claire LaBadie, Jacob LaBadie, and Ethan LaBadie; her mother, Genevieve Burns; two sisters, Elizabeth Burns (Roger Zinser), and Gené Burns; two brothers, Hal Burns, and Patrick Burns, and numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Vincent P. Burns. Her friends and family are invited to a Celebration of her Life held Saturday, May 19th from 12-3 pm at St. George Hall; 1513 Quarry Ave Grand Rapids, MI 49504.
