Maribeth Strunk of Hamilton, Michigan went to be with Jesus on December 1, 2021. She was 76 years old.

Maribeth was born to Jerald (Pat) and Muriel DeVries on September 20, 1945 in Holland, Michigan.
After graduating from Holland High School, she wed Jerald Strunk. They were married for 56 years and raised 5 children together. She worked many years on the Celery Farm in Hamilton, and then part time at Meijer.

Maribeth loved to write and send funny cards with poems. One of the stories she wrote was about doing laundry with her mother, and it became a featured article in the Holland Sentinel. She was also very creative with crafts and sewing and made clever Halloween Costumes for her grandkids. She loved to celebrate the holidays and each season you would find her home and yard extravagantly decorated, along with planned activities and gifts for the grandkids.

She was preceded in death by her son, Carey Strunk and husband, Jerald Strunk

She is survived by her children Michelle (Michael) Brown, Amy (Jay) Stewart, Tracee (Scott) Mosley, Chris Strunk plus 7 grandchildren and siblings Ron (Cheryl) Bruinsma, Jon (Becky) DeVries, Sally Luposello, Patti DeVries and Heidi DeVries.
