Maria Michelle Willson, age 58, was born in Petoskey on July 18, 1966. She passed at home surrounded by her children on September 29, 2024 from Stage 4 metastatic neurodoctrine cancer.

Maria fought hard through her battle up until the very end. She was a beautiful woman who left an impact on every person she came across. Maria truly was a light in this world cracking jokes until she couldn't anymore. She will be missed by the many hearts she touched along this life. We will miss her dearly.

Maria leaves behind her children; Zachery, Robert, Nicole, and Kenya, her grandchildren; Kelsee, Karli, and Theodore. Maria also leaves behind her parents; Anetta and Timothy, and her siblings; Timothy II, Joseph, Angela, and Brian.
