Margaret (Peg) Elizabeth Cunningham, age 86, passed away peacefully at home on September 13, 2023. Margaret was born to Wayne and Margaret (Page) Phetteplace on July 19, 1937 in Kalamazoo, Michigan.

Peg from a young age was the life of the party. Between cutting a rug or baking her children's and grandchildren's favorite dishes, she was always going. In retirement with her husband they would winter in Florida and always come home to Michigan for the summer months for family get togethers. Never once did Peg ever complain that her life-long career was being a wife, mother and grandmother.

Peg is survived by her sons, Robert (Laurie) Cunningham, James (Carla) Cunningham and many nieces, nephews and grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert and daughters, Robin Lynn Staskey and Judith Ann Zastrow.

The family will plan a celebration of life at a later time.
