Mae Konya passed peacefully into the presence of her Savior Jesus Christ on September 5th in her home. She was 81. She was born in Muskegon Michigan December 9th , 1942. Mae always had a fun-loving spirit. She will be missed by her family and friends. She was the life of so many family gatherings. She loved going out more than once a week to sing Karaoke with friends. She graduated from Muskegon Heights High school class of 1961.

She was preceded in death by her husband Alex Konya and her daughter Lisa LeBaron.

Mae was the daughter of Amos and Marion Judd. There were 8 siblings in the family. She is survived by her brother Bob Judd, her son, (Greg & Vicki Ferris) and her son Jeff Ferris. She has 7 Grandchildren, Steve, Michelle, Jake, Ryan, Adam, Andrew, Robert and 12 great grandkids. A Celebration of Life will be held Tuesday 9/17/2024 at the North Muskegon VFW post at 1061 Witham Drive, Muskegon, MI 49445. The service will start at 1pm and there will be a lunch following at 2pm. There will not be a gravesite service.
