Lisa Marie Bergman, born on August 24, 1960, in Bethesda, Maryland, passed away peacefully on August 21, 2024, in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

Lisa was a devoted wife to Mark Bergman for nearly 40 years. She was known as the best gift giver, always putting thought and love into every present. Her dedication to her family and grandchildren was unwavering, and she was a loving caretaker to her husband. Lisa had a passion for her vegetable and flower gardens, where she spent countless hours nurturing her plants. She had the biggest heart and always found the good in everyone. Her home was a welcoming place, where she always had a cup of coffee and a spot at the table for anyone who needed it.

Lisa worked at Rosie's Diner and the Corner Bar for many years, where she made lasting friendships and touched the lives of many. She also loved to feed and watch the birds, finding joy in the simple pleasures of life.

Lisa is survived by her husband, Mark Bergman; her sons, Matthew (Erin) Bergman and Donald Bergman; her stepdaughters, Stacy Robinson and Angie Bergman; her brother, Scott Conklin; and 10 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Carol Conklin; her sister, Jodi Helms; and her granddaughters, Cassie Bergman and Molly Reed.

A Celebration of Life will be held on her 64th birthday, Saturday, August 24, from 3-6pm at the Sand Lake Eagles Club.

Lisa's legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew her. She will be deeply missed but never forgotten.
