IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Linda Marie
Pivarnik
November 22, 1947 – August 13, 2023
Linda Marie Pivarnik (Quint) was born on November 22, 1947, in St. Louis, MO. Preceding her in death were her parents, Doris and Mathias Quint. Linda graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from St. Louis University, and a Master's in Public Administration from Western Michigan University. She was also a certified paralegal from her training in Houston, TX.
First and foremost, Linda was a writer who spent many years doing corporate communications for Hospitals in St. Louis and Houston. She also worked as a paralegal in East Lansing, MI, as well as in development for the St. John Catholic Student Parish on the campus of Michigan State University (MSU). Her final occupation before retirement in 2022 was as MSU's Research Integrity Coordinator, a position she held for seven years.
Linda will be missed dearly by Jim Pivarnik, her husband of nearly 20 years, as well as her siblings Larry Quint, Kathy Conway (Quint), and Kevin Quint. Linda also made a lasting impression on several members of her newly adopted community of Westphalia, MI, including her best friend Eunice Arens, and her dear friends at the Ark, known as the Ark Angels.
In lieu of flowers, feel free to donate to St. Mary Elementary School in Westphalia, MI.
