LaVonne Gregones of Grand Rapids, age 70, passed away on August 19th, 2021 at St. Mary's Hospital due to complication from lung cancer. She was born in Grand Rapids in October to Dennis and Rose Mary Snoek. She's the oldest of 5 children. She retired from Meijer in 2014 after 47 years of service.

She was preceded in death by her mother and survived by her husband, Mike Gregones whom she's been with for 45 years as well as her father, Dennis Snoek, her daughter, Laura Segard, grandson, Nick Segard (Jennifer), step son, Eric Gregones (Erin), granddaughter, Emilinn Gregones and 4 sisters. LaVonne often referred to her grandchildren as her golden children.

Visitation will be Saturday August 28th, 2021 at The Story Church in Comstock Park from 11am-1pm with a service to follow.
