Larry Andrew Howe August 26, 1943 - December 13, 2018 Larry Howe of Grand Rapids passed away on Thursday, December 13, 2018. Larry is survived by his wife of 32 years, Wendy; daughter, Michele Karelse; son, Mike (Jenny) Brown; son, Steve (Noelle) Brown; brother, Robert (Louise) Howe; brother, Leon (Trish) Howe; and grandchildren, Ella, Mason, Reese, Lauren, Zack, Katelyn, and Brody. Larry truly appreciated the simple things in life. He enjoyed spending time camping and traveling with his wife, weightlifting, watching sports, and spoiling his dogs. Larry was smart, funny, humble, kind, and very easy to talk to. He will be missed by so many and heaven has undoubtedly welcomed this incredible son of God. There will be a Celebration of Life for family and friends at 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 at Cascade Christian Church, 2829 Thornapple River Dr SE, Grand Rapids, Michigan. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Humane Society of West Michigan.
