Kimberly Nicole Szabo, 35 yrs old of Otsego Michigan passed away on August 27th, 2022 peacefully in the arms of her mother and surrounded by family. Kimberly was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan on June 11, 1987, the daughter of Deborah Stratton and James Szabo. Kimberly went to Otsego High School.

Kimberly was a lover of nature. She loved the outdoors. Some of her favorites included fishing, hiking and kayaking especially with her son Mason. She was also a Competitive Cheerleader and Volleyball player in her school years through high school which she continued to have a passion for as she got older. If there was a football game, you could count on her being next to you cheering on her favorite teams.

She loved music and would frequently bust out singing if a favorite of hers came on the radio. If you knew Kimberly she would do anything to make whoever she was with smile and laugh. She had one of the most contagious laughs and a personality that will truly be missed by all who loved her.

Kimberly is survived by her mother, Deborah Stratton of Otsego, Michigan; brother, Joe (Courtney) Szabo; son, Mason A. Patrick (Kelly & Will Fetterley), grandpa, William Stratton; two nieces who she loved with her whole heart Addalynn & Molly and one nephew, Corbyn; aunts, Barb Veldhuis (Kenny) and Christine Stratton-Pritchett (Paul); uncles, Bill (Donna) Stratton and Randall Stratton along with many cousins.

She was preceded in death by grandmother, Mary Jane Stratton (Willingham) and Uncle Mike Stratton. Service Details.
