Kevin C. Lince, of Kentwood, MI, unexpectedly passed away on July 17, 2025 at the age of 62.

Kevin was born in 1963 to Clifford and Elizabeth (Bette) Lince in Flint, MI. Kevin graduated from Kearsley High School in 1981, before attending the University of Michigan, Flint Campus, where he graduated in 1987 with a B.A. in Elementary Education.

He spent the majority of his career working in the RV industry, and was most recently employed in the home improvement field.

In his free time, Kevin enjoyed watching and attending games for all sorts of Michigan sports teams, whether it be the Tigers, Red Wings, or Wolverines. Kevin was also an avid music lover, whose fondest memories included attending concerts such as Sting, Earth Wind and Fire, and The Doobie Brothers with family and friends. Additionally, he loved spending time with his neighbors, his best friend, Tom, and his sweet cat, Victoria.

Kevin is survived by his mother, Elizabeth C. Lince of Flint, MI; his son, Graham I. Lince of Carnelian Bay, CA, his daughter, Madeleine E. Lince of Byron Center, MI, and their mother, his former wife, Deborah K. Lince of Byron Center, MI; sister, Bette Ann McCrandall of Flint, MI; brother, Steve (Helen) McCrandall of Middleburg, FL; brother, Mark (Joy) Lince of Flint, MI; and many other cherished loved ones. He was preceded in death by his  grandparents, Herb and Delight Lince, and Clarence and Marion Bemis; his father, Clifford H. Lince; his brother, Roy McCrandall III; and many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

A private family service was held at Hopewell Baptist Church in Flint, MI. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the Kent County Animal Shelter in Grand Rapids, MI, an organization that Kevin had strong ties with and through which he adopted his beloved cat.
