Kent Smith Age 62 of Kentwood passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Wednesday, February 15th 2017. He was preceded in death by his mother and father, Donna and Thomas Smith. He leaves behind his loving wife of 28 years, Sharon Smith, daughters Samantha (Gregory) Read and Sara Smith, sister Tamara (Daniel) Bemman, brothers Todd Smith and Eric (Tricia) Smith, and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. One of the things that Kent will be most remembered for is his love and knowledge of music. He also loved his family, cats, and coffee. A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, February 19th at 4pm at the Pentecostals of Kentwood 2627 44th St SE Kentwood, MI 49518.
