Kenneth George Myers (9/22/46-2/16/19) is survived by his loving wife of 40 years, Kathleen Ann Myers, children, grandchildren and lots of additional family and friends. Kenny was a long-time employee of Quality Air Heating & Cooling. He had quite the reputation of being the "Go to Guy." There wasn't a mechanical issue he couldn't solve. He utilized this knowledge in his everyday life by remodeling the family home and helping others on weekends and evenings. He would wish the winters away in order to get his Regal Yacht back into Spring Lake. It was his home away from home surrounded by his "Boat Family," warm sunshine and music. When the weather didn't cooperate for boating, Kenny would find his way to his local American Legion Post #28. Being a Private First Class Soldier in the Army, he was able to spend time with other men and women that were proud to serve their country. He took the lessons he learned from Vietnam and was free to share those with anyone who needed it. If you needed a dose of honesty, Kenny was your man. Whether you're heading into battle, packing for a vacation or just starting your day, Kenny's motto always rings through, "Head 'em up, Move 'em out." There will be a Celebration of Life on March 2, 2019 from 1-4 pm at Russo's (6209 Division S Grand Rapids MI 49548)
