Kenneth Brian Loss, age 75, passed away peacefully May 24, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. Ken was born in Muskegon, Michigan on June 18, 1940 to Edward and Albertha (Lenting) Loss. On June 12, 1971 he married Juanita Allen. He was a wonderful husband, father, brother, grandpa, and uncle. He is survived by his wife, Juanita Loss; sons Vernon (Victoria) Brown, Kurt (Yvonne) Brown; daughters Donna (Tom) Barnes, Joni Simmons (Bob Dykstra); brothers Don (Norma) Loss, Roger Loss, Phillip (Jo Ann) Loss, Robert (Linda) Loss, Michael (Jan) Loss; sisters Therese (Jerry) Gleason, Cathy (Haskell) Pack; seven grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents; son J.R. Brown and daughter-in-law Ruth Brown. A memorial service is planned for Saturday, June 18, 11:00am at First Baptist Church, Muskegon, with Dr. Andy Smith officiating.
