Kenneth Edward Gomer

Ken was born on July 31, 1942, in Ypsilanti, Michigan to Edward and Eleanor Gomer and passed away on October 27, 2025 at his home. He lived most of his adult life in the Walker, Michigan area. Following high school, he served his country in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War. Ken worked for many years as a Paint Representative for R-M Paints and later BASF. He loved the Lord, his family, nice cars, going to the movies, and the latest electronic gadgets.

Ken is predeceased by his parents, his wife Glenda Gomer, and grandson Joshua VanBelzen.

Ken is survived by his wife Gwen Gomer, his children, Rick (Tammy) Gomer, Dan (Connie) VanBelzen Jr., Tammy VanBelzen, Holly (Rob) Fassett, 8 Grandchildren and 7 Great Grandchildren, Sister Patricia (Ronald) Parus, Nieces, Nephews, and friends.

A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, November 22, 2025 at Harvest Bible Baptist Church, 289 Gooding Street, Conklin, MI  49403.  A time of visitation will be held one hour prior to the service.
