IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Kenneth Albert
Davis
July 4, 1953 – January 1, 2026
Kenneth Albert Davis, born July 4, 1953, passed away peacefully at home surrounded by family on January 1, 2026.
Kenneth Albert Davis was a man who loved God deeply and cherished his family above all else. Born on July 4, 1953, in Detroit, Michigan, Ken grew up in St. Clair Shores before eventually making his home in West Michigan along the lakeshore. Ken moved to West Michigan, where he spent many meaningful years surrounded by family and dear friends, while always holding close the many loved ones he cherished in Detroit. He made many trips back to Detroit over the years to spend time with those he loved who still lived there, valuing those moments and connections deeply.
Ken was a talented builder during his working years, known for his skill, dedication, and pride in creating things with his hands. Outside of work, he found happiness in camping trips, golfing, spending time with his family, and quietly feeding the birds - small moments that brought him great joy.
He is survived by his four daughters; Jackie Alexander (Mark), Angela King (Josh), Lindsay Schohl (Mark), and Holly Lummen (Josh). He is also survived by his sister, Joan Henrion (Harold); his grandchildren Nathan, Christian, Cassidy, Jacob, Tyler, Jordan, Kayda, Kamden, Karsen, and Kooper; many great-grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; and his special friend, Marilyn Wendling.
Ken was preceded in death by his loving wife, Brenda Davis (Bennett); his father, Albert Davis; his mother, Pauline Wilson (Davis, Benner); his stepfather, James Wilson; and his sister, Janet Cullison.
A celebration of life will be held in the spring, just as Ken would have wanted - when a really good game is on the television and family can gather together for remembrance, fellowship, laughter, and fun.
