Judy Kae Baur, age 69, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2019 at her home. She was born on May 26, 1949 to Gordon and Ruth (Motcheck) Ries. She married Stephen Baur on June 6, 1970. Together they had three children Kevin (Jennifer) Baur, Kellie (Ryan) Konecny, and Kurt (Elizabeth) Baur. She was the loving grandmother to six grandchildren: Morgan Konecny, Makayla Konecny, Jordan Peters, Michelle Konecny, Aubrey Baur, and Brayden Baur. She loved crafting and making floral arrangements. She is survived by her children, her grandchildren, her sister Jan Carpenter, her loving mother-in-law, Pauline Baur, her sister-in-law Connie (Jim) Wentworth, her brother-in-law David Baur, and many nieces and nephews. Judy was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Stephen, and her sister Kris Smith. Family will receive guests on Wednesday, January 23 from 5-7 p.m. at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave. SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508.
