Judith “Judy” May Windish, age 78, of Kentwood, passed away on Friday, June 12, 2026.

She was born on January 31, 1948, in Traverse City, Michigan to Harvey & Geraldine Lockman. She married Richard Windish in 1964.

She enjoyed quilting, baking, gardening, and playing cards with her friends and family.

Judy was a member of 1st Baptist Church of Middleville until around 1989. She worked at Wingate Apartments as a cleaner for many years until she retired.

Survivors include her siblings, Clifford Lockman and Janet Ryskamp, her children, Richard Windish, Jr, Donna Fasick, Melissa Windish, and Laura Torres along with 3 grandchildren, 4 step grandchildren, 5 great grandchildren, 13 step great grandchildren, and 3 great great step grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 11:0 am until 12:00 pm on Saturday, June 27, 2026, at the First Baptist Church of Middleville, 5215 M-37, Middleville. A Memorial Service will take place at 12:00 pm. Burial will be at Pine Hill Cemetery in Kentwood.
