Judy Bland, age 60, left this imperfect world to be with her Savior on February 2, 2024.  Judy will be remembered for her selfless support of her husband (Kirk Bland), her son (Bo Bland), and her daughter (Courtney Bland).

Judy enjoyed solving problems. She started working at an early age to help pay her own way. Putting herself through school, Judy achieved several academic accolades including Black Belt Certificate in Six Sigma, 2 Associates, 1 Bachelors, and a Master.

As a professional, Judy was a true leader with an unwavering work ethic. She led by example, measuring her success by the growth of those who worked with her. She served as Vice President of Operations or Chief Operating Officer in the manufacturing industry at the following companies Tubelite, Cascade Engineering, Leatherman, Crane Co, Dover, and Idex.

In her personal life, Judy also modeled her interests on family. Her diverse and evolving interests reflected her desire to learn new things. Judy's thoughts were never about personal achievement, she truly believed that a person's values and work would drive results.

Judy leaves behind a profound influence on those who had the privilege of knowing her. As an executive leader, she believed in treating people with respect and focused on "doing the right thing" for the company and its people. As a mother, Judy poured all her energy into loving and providing for her family. Her determination to ensure her family had everything necessary for success was unwavering and steadfast.
