Josie Irene Taylor (Brenner) age 92 passed away at her home in Rockford, MI on September 1, 2022.

Josie and Bucky (husband) had been snow birds living winters in Orange City, FL for 10 years until Bucky's passing in 2006.

Josie is survived by a sister , Betty Thome and a brother Ray Brenner Sr. She is also survived by three daughters: Linda DeRaad (Arthur), Barbara Flater and Debra Taylor, four grandchildren: Martin DeRaad (Laurie), Cindy Beuhler (Brad), Jeff DeRaad (Tammey), Christopher Flater (Angela), nine great grandchildren and seven great-great grandchildren.

Josie worked several various jobs over the years, including American Wafer, Display Pak, and enjoyed sorting apples at Sietsema's Orchard to name a few. Of course she believed her most important job was that of wife, mother and grandmother. Family always came first.

Josie enjoyed bowling at Miracle Lanes and Westgate Bowling. She was on a league several years, even participating in State Tournaments.

In later years she enjoyed Bingo and more recently liked to go to the casino occasionally. Josie was honored to be this year's Grand Marshall for the 4th of July boat parade on Big Brower Lake.
