John Leslie Jarman, age 66 of Hastings, passed away on October 31, 2022. John was born March 8, 1956
to Lloyd and Gertrude (Martz) Jarman.

John ran his own lawn care business in the Hastings area and used his God given talent for building
railroad tie walls. John treated his customers as family and would offer a helping hand when ever
possible.

John enjoyed hunting, fishing and being around people. Oddly, John was not a fan of large crowds. On
August 4, 1989, he married the love of his life, Anne J Beckhorn. Together they have two children,
Tiffany (Corey) Speer and Garth (Annie) Jarman. He is also survived by his son John L Jarman II and
daughter Jessica A. Stuck; step-children Amy (Jamie) Graham, Jason (Jessica) Haight, and Brad (Nickie)
Haight. John deeply loved all of his 19 grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.

John was proceeded in death by his parents, Lloyd and Gertrude (Martz) Jarman, brother Beldon, sisters
Connie and Haley Jarman.
