Jeremy L. Hoff, age 45, unexpectedly passed away on October 8, 2021. He is now home with his Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.

Jeremy graduated from Middleville High School. His smile could light up a room, his laughter was infectious and he always had a great story to tell. He enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, golf, cowboy boots, camping and his Ohio State Buckeyes! However, the love he had for his family was immeasurable. He loved spending time with his girls and was so proud of them!

Jeremy was an active member of Corinth Reformed Church in Byron Center and was involved in missions and youth.

Jeremy is survived by his wife, Jessica; daughters, Kiley and Kenzie; parents, Larry and Jean Hoff, sister, Jennifer (Pete) Valk; in-laws, Kyle and Brinda Host; godparents, Marv and Karen Hollenbeck, brothers-in-law, Adam (Jaime) Host and Kurt (Kayleigh) Host; sister-in-law, Veronica Godfrey; grandma, Judy Hoff and many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews,

He was preceded in death by his grandpa, Bill Hoff and his brother-in-law, Steve Godfrey.

Visitation for Jeremy will take place on Sunday, October 17, from 5:00-8:00 pm at Ofield Funeral Home (4500 Kalamazoo Ave., Kentwood, MI 49508) A Memorial Visitation will be held at Corinth Reformed Church (129 100th St SE, Byron Center, MI 49315) on Monday, October 18 at 10:00 am followed by a Memorial Service at 11:00 am.

In lieu of flowers, those wishing to offer an expression of sympathy are encouraged to make a memorial contribution to his daughters' college fund. The following two links are active for online giving.
