Jeremiah A. Vredeveld "Miah" 33yrs old, of Sparta MI, was tragically involved in a motorcycle accident in the early hours of July 4th, 2023. He sadly succumbed to the extent of his injuries as of 6am on July 11th, with his sister Kristen and amazing nurses at his side. His final act of love and heroism occurred on Thursday July 13th, through 'The Gift Of Life' organ donation process.

Miah was truly one of a kind, with a larger-than-life personality and sense of humor. He was incredibly talented and enjoyed drawing/tattooing/airbrush/painting, a self-taught guitarist, a self-taught blacksmith, and his talents were well known in the industry of granite fabrication; recently recognized through his career with Integrity Granite. Miah also loved motorcycles, and "wind therapy." He received his first dirt bike at Age 5, and even raced motocross for some time.  He had an appreciation for fishing, the outdoors, and life itself. Miah had quite the journey in life, ending in triumph and feeling invincible, it's a true tragedy that he will not be here to enjoy the reward as he had come so far!

Miah was preceded in death by his paternal Grandfather - Theo Vredeveld, and maternal Grandparents - Charles and Josephine Duimstra. He is survived by his paternal Grandmother Vija Vredeveld, parents Steve (Stacie) Vredeveld, Lisa (Darby) DeVoss, big sister Kristen Vredeveld, loving fiancé Kourtney Umlor, four beautiful children (Brantley, Daegan, Evelyn, and Alyona), a niece Jaelyn, and two nephews Braden and Lincoln. He also has Aunts, Uncles, Cousins, and many Friends mourning this loss.

Details for a celebration of life for Miah to come as soon as received, but will seemingly be held sometime late summer/ fall. Giving the family some time to grieve and process this loss.
