Jenny Griffiths-Kwast went to be with Christ in paradise on March 1, 2025, at the age of seventy-two. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Gary Kwast. She is survived by her three daughters, Janice (Steve) Breen, Joanna (Aaron) Howe, and Jessica (Bill) Griffiths-Ritzke, as well as her three grandchildren, Alexis and AvaLynn Griffiths, and Jack Howe.

Jenny was a dedicated and accomplished professional in the field of education and healthcare. She served as a professor at Grand Rapids Community College and Grand Valley State University, where she inspired countless students with her knowledge and passion. Her leadership skills were further recognized when she became the Dean of Nursing and Allied Health at Montcalm Community College. After a distinguished career in academia, she transitioned to a private practice at Pine Rest Christian Mental Services, where she continued to make a positive impact on the lives of her patients. Jenny touched many lives during her 20 years as a nurse practitioner at Pine Rest. She loved her patients, and they loved her.

Jenny's warmth, kindness, humor, and unwavering dedication to her family and profession will be deeply missed. Her legacy of love and compassion will live on in the hearts of all who knew her.
