It's with great sadness that the family of Jennifer (Davis) Smithers announce her passing at the Wings of Hope in Allegan, MI on Monday, January 24, 2022.
Jenni is survived by her mother: Patricia (Taylor) Davis of Otsego, MI. Children: Britney Keyzer of Allegan, MI, Logan Keyzer of Otsego, MI, Justin Starnes of Bronson, MI, Joshua Starnes of Three Rivers, MI, Samantha Smithers of Three Rivers, MI, and Step-Daughter: Kimberly Scott Smithers of Constantine, MI. Siblings: Christopher (Susan) Davis of Portage, MI, Corina (Jay) Lauderdale of Kalamazoo, MI, Craig (Kelly) Davis of Kalamazoo, MI, many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, grandchildren and cousins.
Jenni was preceded in death by her husband Rick Smithers of Three Rivers, MI, father Floyd Davis of Kalamazoo, MI, and grandparents Hugh and Jean Taylor of Otsego, MI.
Jenni grew up in Otsego, MI, later residing in Three Rivers, MI. She was a loving and compassionate person with the most beautiful brown eyes and blonde hair. She loved nature, taking walks outside and collecting pinecones and wildflowers. She especially loved her cats. Jenni will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
Per her wishes, cremation has taken place with no service planned. In lieu of flowers per her family's request, contributions to your local animal shelter or Wings of Hope in Allegan would be appreciated.
