Jason William Rubbelke, 40, passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, August 6, 2022.
Jason was born in Royal Oak, Michigan, and relocated to Rochester Hills, Michigan where he
attended Rochester High School. He was very passionate about music, concerts, movies,
comedy, and his four children. He loved to crack jokes, share his knowledge and passion with
anyone he would encounter, having friendly debates, spreading his many words of wisdom with
deep meaningful conversations, and had great dreams of being a writer with the inspiration to
write his life story into a book.
He was preceded in death by his brother Michael Rubbelke and his step-children Thomas
Johnson and Brittney Bueschel. He is survived by his wife Abbi Rubbelke, his parents David
and Caryle Rubbelke, his sisters Diane Clarchick (Joseph) and Debbie Prohm (Kenney), his
children Ethan McGhee, Dakota Rubbelke, Melody Rubbelke, Melia Rubbelke and his step-
children Darien Carpentier (Taylor) and Dillon Hoffman (James). He is also survived by his
amazingly supportive best friends, Amanda Hartley and Kevin Secord, as well as his beloved cat
Hermie.
A memorial service may be announced at a later date.
