It is with great sadness the family of Janice Lynn Wilson announce her passing. Janice Lynn Wilson of Wyoming, Michigan, age 82, went to be with her Lord and Savior on Friday, October 11, 2024.

Janice is survived by her children; Jill Stoddard, Judi DeVries, Jennifer (Brandon) Flannery. Her grandchildren; Brad (Larissa) Grooters, Scott Lowing, Greg Peloquin, Grecia (Enrique) Nunez, Christopher (Trisha) Herrera, Kaelyn (Joshua) Joppie, Eric (Lillie) Villarreal, Kendal Stroud, Jerry Stoddard, Dane DeVries, Emersyn Stroud. Her brother, Fred (Marianne) Groendyk; many great grandchildren and two great, great grandchildren; nieces, nephews and her much loved cousins.

Jan was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Thomas Mark Wilson; parents, Allie and Kathyrne Groendyk; son, Joel Thomas Peloquin; son-in-law, Daniel James DeVries.

Jan's favorite and most cherished memories were with her treasured husband, Tom, and their impromptu weekend adventures all over Michigan and the US. Family was everything to Jan. She was well known for her wit and sarcasm. Jan was an absolute joy to be around and has left a legacy of fun for all who knew her. Her true accomplishments were in the love she gave and the relationships she cherished with ALL five generations of the family. These five generations gave her so much pride and she loved every member deeply. Her presence at family gatherings will be deeply missed.

Waiting for Jan on the other side of the rainbow bridge are her fur babies, precious Molly and her girl, Jilly Bean.

Please join the family in a dessert buffet (SHE LOVED her SWEETS!) as we celebrate Jan's life on Friday, October 25, 2024, from 4pm -7 pm at the Wyoming Moose Lodge #763 located at 2630 Burlingame Ave. SW, Wyoming, MI 49509.
