Jan Demerest, 92, passed away on November 6th, 2019. She was preceded in death by her son, Jack Vander Boon on October 31, 2019. She is survived by her daughters, Coni Demerest, Tami (Chuck) Wood; grandchildren, Amber (Jon) Burton, Stacie (Cody) Carr and Jeff (Connie) Vander Boon and two great-grandchildren that she enjoyed so much. Both her and her son, Jack, will be missed greatly. We would like to thank Faith Hospice for their care, kindness, support and understanding.
