Jane Moore, age 75, passed away peacefully from her long battle with Alzheimer's disease. Jane was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Moore, her daughter, Linda (Ken) Griffey, and her parents Harold and Jacqueline Vander Wal. She is survived by her daughter, Lori (Karl) Domeier, grandson, Ryan Cardosa, sister, Sharon (RIchard) Pastars, brother, Jack (Joann) Vander Wall, and her in-laws Sue (Mark) Malec, Kathy Worden, and Marilyn (James) Rewa.

Jane retired from Remax Realty. She and her husband enjoyed long trips to the U.P. to see Autumn colors as well as trying their luck at the casinos. After her husband passed on, she lived at Vista Springs Assisted Living. She made so many friends there and the staff was amazing.

Funeral services for Jane will be held on Thursday, October 6 at 11am at Ofield Funeral Home with Chaplin Daniel Przybylski officiating. The address of Ofield Funeral Home is 4500 Kalamazoo Ave.
