James Allen Platschorre, 69 years old, of Wyoming passed away at his home April 28, 2016. Preceded in death are his parents John & Glady's Platschorre; brother-in-law's Gordan Dorn & Robert Daniels; and his beloved cat Pepsi. He is survived by his loving wife of 31 years Connie; five children, Jim Jr. (Jane), Denise Denton, Tammy (Lynn) Wagner, Cindy (Tom) Smith, John (Debra) Jurczuk; siblings, Daniel (Leeann), Judy (Danny) Potter, Sandra (Kevin) Beyer, Barbara (Robert) Daniels, Thomas (Debra), Paul Platschorre, Gladys (Gordan) Dorn, Timothy (Lisa) Platschorre, Jack (Nichelle) Platschorre; & two cats Abby & Muffin. Following his tour of duty in the Army from 1966-1968, Jim worked 36 ½ years at Country Fresh. He enjoyed gardening, Nascar, reading, motorcycles, and spending time with all his 15 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 5 children.
