James was born October 14, 1954 and passed away June 10, 2025.

James was a long time resident of Dorr Michigan where he lived with his beloved wife Bonnie.  He is survived by his children,  Gary and Elouise, Bernice and Johnny, and David and Daylynn.  He has nine grandchildren and two great grandchildren whom he loved very much.  He was the best father, grandpa and great grandpa to his family.

James loved to travel and attended train conventions whenever they could.  He loved sharing trains at all the family gatherings that were held most holidays in the summer months.  He was also known as Grandpa choo choo.

James also had a very good friend Mark who shared the love of trains and they displayed them and shared the fun at all the family outings.
