James (Jim) J. Ickowski of Holland, MI, age 55, passed away unexpectedly on December 18, 2023.

Jim was born the oldest to Joseph and Duk Chung (Kho) Ickowski on July 27, 1968 in Davenport, IA prior
to moving to his childhood home in Wyoming, MI. He was a 1987 graduate of Lee High School and
received a Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice from Grand Valley State University.

Jim was a kind and gentle man. In Jim's free time, he loved music and movies; which was evident among
the stacks of James Bond DVDs and the sound of Beach Boys coming from his speakers. He was
passionate about politics and loved to converse with family and friends. He loved birthdays, holidays,
and spending time with family.

Jim will be lovingly remembered by his sister, Debra Malec (Matthew), nephew Ethan and niece
Charlotte, among many friends he had met throughout his life. He was preceded in death by his
parents.
