James Callaghan, age 84, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 26th surrounded by his family. Jim was preceded in death by his wife Donna, his parents and brother Michael. He is survived by his five children Debbie and Brian Manganello, Denise and Chuck Black, Susan and Rich Lawrence, Kevin and Janice Callaghan, Keith and Ingrid Callaghan; loving grandfather of 18, great-grandfather of 9; brother Patrick (Barb) Callaghan and John (Barb) Callaghan. Jim's passion and love for singing brought joy to his life and others. Join us for a celebration of his life at St. Mary Magdalen Church, 1253 52nd St., Kentwood, MI at 11:00 AM Saturday, September 2nd with visitation one hour prior to the mass. Luncheon to follow.
