Jacob Meekhof, 85 of Wayland, Michigan went to be with his Lord and Savior on Thursday
October 20th after a short battle with lung cancer.

Born on August 1st, 1938, in McBain, Michigan to Jacob and Foley Meekhof. He was the
youngest of 13 children.

He was preceded in death by his wife of 49 years Miriam, both of his parents, three brothers and
nine sisters.

Surviving him are his three children Lori (John) Perales, Dorothy (Lee Roy) Wagner and Gary
(Kathy) Meekhof as well as 7 grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, 2 great-great-
grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Services will be at Harbour Light Baptist Church at 9608 Hiawatha Drive in West Olive,
Michigan. Guests are invited to visit with the family on Saturday, October 28th at 10am
followed by a memorial service at 11. There will be a light luncheon following the service.
