Jacklynn Gay Bergstrom-Toolan, 70, passed away on Sunday, August 12, 2018, Jackie was surrounded by family when she passed away after her short battle with cancer. Jackie was preceded in death by her mother, Lorraine Decker; father, Floyd Bergstrom; brother, Dana Bergstrom and grandson, Justin Field. She is survived by her Daughter Michelle Rzanca and family; sister, Cindy Lowe and family; and stepbrother, Jim Bergstrom and family. A memorial service will be held on Saturday, August 18, 11AM at St. John Vianney Catholic Church, 4101 Clyde Park SW, Wyoming MI 49509. Visitation will be held one hour prior to the service at church on Saturday. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to any charity in Jackie's honor.
