Jackie L Ashley, 62, of Kentwood, MI, went to be with her Lord and Savior when she passed away unexpected from cardiomegaly, at home on February 23, 2022.

Jackie grew up in Monterey Center, MI, the daughter of William and Sally (Wesseling) Ashley. Jackie and Mike Ryan began their life together and they had four children. October 12, 2012, she married (Michael) Scott Gibson, who preceded her in death December 15, 2019. She was also preceded in death by her mother Sally, her sister Sandra and Mike Ryan (the children's father).

She loved her work at Hope Network and after a second move found a place to live that was truly her own. She was working to improve her health and began to look forward to restarting her hobby of photography. That was not to be. She will be missed by both family and friends.

Jackie is survived by her four children: Amy (Ben) Klaassen, Holly (Brent) Bierman, Stephanie Ryan, Mike Ryan; eight grandchildren: Montana Ryan, Bill Klaassen, Kaydence Bierman, Zed Bierman, Marcus Cooper, Malisia Cooper, Malinia Cooper, Malachi Cooper; her father and 2nd mom, William and Susan Ashley; her brother Mike Ashley; good friends: Mim G, Karen B, Nicci L, Bethany and Heather D, Elizabeth (Bette) Gibson and coworkers: Helen N, Mary L, John N and numerous others, who all expressed their sympathies to the family in a work lunch meeting with Susan - many people commented on Jackie's upbeat work ethic, her smile and enthusiastic laugh.

Cremation has taken place and a family burial will take place at a later date.
