May 17, 2011 Service: May 27, 2011 Jack H. Hunter, age 92, of Grand Rapids, passed away Tuesday, May 17, 2011. Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Loretta E. Hunter. Surviving are his two children, Jack W. Hunter of Bayfield, CO and Donna Hunter Westra Haviland of Denver, CO, a grandson, Hunter Damon Westra of the United Kingdom. Mr. Hunter was a major in the Marine Corps during WWII and was an active member of Eastminster Presbyterian Church for many years. He also worked at Doehler Jarvis for over 40 years. Memorial services will be held Friday, May 27th at 5:00pm in Eastminster Presbyterian Church, 1700 Woodward Ave SE.
