Jack Edward Phillips II passed away August 4, 2016. He is preceded in death by his parents Jack and Wilma Phillips and his mother and father in law Ed and Jessie Natte. Jack is survived by his wife of 44 years Nancy Phillips, his 5 children Jack Phillips III, Shelly Lopez, Mike and Candice Phillips, Rick Phillips, Mindy and Dan Gilbert, 17 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren, and many other friends and family. Jack was very proud of his family and loved spending time with each of them. He enjoyed outings to Gun Lake and building model cars. There will be a Celebration of Life being held on August 14, 2016 from 1-5 at Camelot Manor Community Room 170 Camelot Blvd Grand Rapids, MI 49548
