Thích Nữ Linh Chơn (born Hoa Thi Phan) passed away peacefully on Saturday, September 7th, 2024, in Wyoming, Michigan, at the age of 83. She is survived by her daughter, Thuy-Trang Nguyen and son-in-law, Thuc Nguyen of Michigan; son, Phuong Bui of California; son, Vinh Bui and daughter-in-law, My Anh Bui of Virginia; daughter, Thuy-Ngan Adams and son-in-law, Ken Adams of California; brother, Minh Phan of Australia; brother, Hue Phan of Viet Nam; sister, Phung Phan of Michigan; brother, Phuoc Phan of Texas; and seven grandchildren, Thuy-Nhi Nguyen, Thuy-Tien Stearns, Tam Nguyen, Hao Bui, Khoi Bui, Reece Adams, and Sophia Adams.

The following services will be held at Ofield Funeral Home, 4500 Kalamazoo Ave SE, Grand Rapids, MI 49508:

9am-11am: Brief Ceremony
11am: Cremation
